It was true in earlier days when we used to get organic eggs or the grass fed eggs. But now the eggs are produced by hormonal injections everyday. These days all the eggs are not good. So we have to choose the right quality of the eggs to eat. That is one thing. The second thing is whether the protein is the same fried eggs or in boiled eggs or in omlet. I would say that protein remains the same, there is no harm. It does not reduce with any of the processes. However if you eat fried as an omelet, then there are chances more if you have used more of oil or ghee and it can cause your cholesterol level to rise a little bit. Eating boiled eggs is definitely better and it gives the same amount of protein. So chose whichever eggs you are taking, grass-fed eggs, organic eggs or poultry fed eggs. So chose right ones and stay healthy.
