In this video I show you how I get rid of acid reflux and gerd. It takes 3 minutes per time and I do it 1 hour before every meal.

Acid reflux is heartburn or a burning pain or discomfort that may move from your stomach to your chest, or even up into your throat.

At the entrance to your stomach is a valve, which is a ring of muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter
It’s closes as soon as food passes through it. If it doesn’t close all the way or if it opens too often, acid produced by your stomach can move up into your esophagus.

This can cause burning chest pain and heartburn.
Common symptom.
Heartburn
Acidic taste in your throat
Stomach bloating
Burping
Nausea
Dry Cough
Chronic sore throat
