A follicular scan on day 16 of period where the follicular size of 30*27 mm, which is quite big for a normal follicular size. It depends on whether the cycle has been treated or a non-treated cycle. There has been no ovarian stimulation, ovulation induction drugs used, if it is tablets used or injections used. Just a reading of 30*27 mm follicle doesn’t mean anything, but can be normally there and fall off in the next period. Usually does not require a treatment or a decrease in the size.it is a treatment induced cycle, follicle also. Then probably there has been a hyperstimualtion, you do not follow up or you do not want a pregnancy to happen here. But it is possible to decrease the size by giving human chorionic gonadotropin injections to the patient.
