Most common cause of bleeding after intercourse, there can be infection in the cervix called the cervicitis, or there can be small tumor growth from the cervix called as cervical polyp, or ulcer in the cervix called cervical erosion, infection called as pelvic inflammatory disease leading to bleeding coming out from the uterus. Then vagina itself can lead to bleeding if there is dryness leading to inflammation of the vagina called vaginitis, or bleeding after intercourse because of tears.
