If you are suffering from gas, bloating and stomach pain which are common complaints of people with exocrine pancreatic deficiency then you should consider taking in diet rich in chromium which helps in production of insulin. Try a low fat diet and use dietary supplements to narrow the gaps of nutrients. Take diet rich in fibres. Take plenty of fluids and stop drinking alcohol and quit smoking. In diet consider taking more berries like blueberries, cherries, strawberries all the small fruits which are rich in antioxidants. Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables like sprouts, cabbages and cauliflower which contains powerful chemicals. Garlic is supposed to have good amount of beneficial nutrients for pancreas. Red grapes, mushrooms have reduced inflammation and are good for the body. Spinach is another source of B vitamins which most of the pancreas need. Sweet potatoes, tofu, tomato is very rich in antioxidants. Yogurt with digestive enzymes also would be good. Try to take in all these foods and stay healthy.
