Usually there is no change in the hormonal cycle or menstrual cycle due to loss of virginity. But definitely there can be hormonal changes in the girl due to the virginity or the sexual intercourse that has happened .So anything can cause delayed period or a pre period or severe vasoconstriction where there is a bleed. So basically these do not cause any hormonal changes or delayed periods or periods changes or any point of time. Anything like stress or vasoconstriction or pain or any other hormonal changes can cause any changes in the cycles.
