Itchy white flaky scalp is due to the dryness of the scalp, that is the dead cells seen there. It can be early seborrheic dermatitis or it can be very early scalp psoriatic features also. So depending n the cause we have to treat,,. So if it is a simple one to a very early you can starts with using an oil before hair wash. Weekly twice or thrice hair wash is sufficient. So put oil before hair wash followed by good shampoo. So that will take care of the itchy white flakiness on the scalp. Still not responding, it is better to meet a dermatologist and get proper consultation.
