It depends on why the laparoscopy was done. What was the indication for laparoscopy? Laparoscopy can be done in various conditions. Suppose if you are planning pregnancy and have been trying for sometimes and it doesn’t succeed, that is for infertility. Second is of you have any cysts in the ovary that is for endometriosis, or any other cysts that needs to be removed like dermoid cysts, then you might require laparoscopy. Third condition is myomectomy has to be done for fibroid uterus, then you require laparoscopy. So it depends on the condition on which laparoscopy has been done then you can plan pregnancy again, if it is simple cyst, which has been removed in the ovary, then 2 cycles after laparoscopy has been done then you can start conceiving again, that means you can wait for 2 months after tour laparoscopy to start planning again. But if it is a condition like myomectomy where the fibroid has been removed, then you have wait for minimum of 6 months , then you can start planning again. So your doctor will clearly tell you how long you should wait for trying to plan again.
