Summer season here it’s always Sunny always hot and we tend to sweat a lot, what are summer rashes, summer rashes can include a variety of conditions like a fungal infection or prickly heat Rash or general rashes due to bites by insects which are more active during the summer like stings, even stings can cause a rash all over the body resembling a summer rash. The best way to avoid summer rash is to avoid sweating if you feel that you can stay indoor for a longer time I do all your work in the evening time this avoid sweating too large extent also you can use powders which are also available as talcum powder to absorb the Sweat which present on your body fungal infections can be avoided by taking a bath is necessary twice a day using a mild antibiotic soap, also rashes which occur due to sweating called as prickly heat Rash can be avoided if you take a bath with cold water stay in cool environment and prevent too much sweating as these rashes are because of excessive sweating they are more common in children, especially children which are feeding on their mothers. The best way to avoid thing is do not provoking insect if it is near you try to let it out of your house and or ask a person who is an insect exterminator to come to your house and take care especially if you have a beehive near your house. Sometimes stings can cause a single bite mark but very often a single byte mark leads to allergy which spread all over the body so the best way to avoid the stings once you got it is to take some anti allergic medicine at a doctor near by you.
