During winter, getting a cold is very common and it cause nasal congestion. flu and cold. By exposing your ears to severe cold it can cause sinus infections. This can create abnormal pressure in your ear.

This can damage the tiny sensory hair cells in the inner ear causing a pressure in the ear.
If the pressure is not clear, you will get tinnitus a constant ringing in the ear.
