In this video I will show you how to get rid of your peripheral edema / oedema / pedal edema swelling in your legs.

When you feel your legs are swollen, heavy and full of water, puffiness of the tissue and stretched or shiny skins
When you press it it will leave a dent.

This is cause by the retention of fluid in leg as is call peripheral edema. But it can be referred to as oedema or pedal edema.
The water leaks out through the holes in the blood vessels causing swelling in the leg area.

There could be many reasons why you have peripheral edema, but a modern example would be T sitting too long like on a long flight journeys without moving and that would cause blockage in the blood flow.

This video will show you step by step guide to help you to get rid of the swelling,
by massaging the leg muscles to relax it, allow the blood pressure to regular, and blood to flow in through the affected area.

Once the blood flow has improved, it will help to hold on to the excess water and drain it out of the system.
It’s important to follow the exercises closely, timing is important.
