Plantar fasciitis is a condition thats causes heel pain. It can occurs in one foot or sometimes even in both.

This condition happen when you overused your feet like excessive running, walking or even bad posture making the band of tissue on the sole of the foot (fascia) to become weak.

It can also cause by:

1. Poor arch support in your shoes.
2. Standing too long
3. Even being overweight.
4. Tightness in your calf muscles.
These cause damage and pain in the heel area during any physical exercises activity, commonly known as heel pain.

Some of the symptoms

1. Pain in the heel of the foot.
2. Pain in the morning when you wake up.
3. Pain when walking up the stairs.
4. Pain if you walk too long.

This video massage techniques will help you to relax the muscles around the heel. Reducing any swollen or inflammation in the area.

This will help to promote good blood flow to the damage area hence creating the right condition for the heel to repair itself naturally.
