How to treat Epididymitis with watery ejaculatory fluid? – Dr. Ravish I R

Patient with epididymitis with an ejaculatory fluid which is watery means there is infection in it. There is usually no surgical line of treatment for it. For epididymitis after a mild trauma means there is a mild inflammation going on. If the blood supply is alright then a mild inflammation going on and infection will be there also. So treat these patients with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory. Wait for 6 to 8 weeks. Then reinvestigate these children or patients with an ultrasound or a colour Doppler or a CT of the testis or the epididymis. After reevaluation, we think what to do with these patients. 90% of these patients are not treated surgically. They are treated medically.
