I Ate Anti-Aging Foods for 4 weeks and Here’s What Happened!

Hey, whoever thought you could actually eat your way younger and healthier looking skin?

Well, turns out that you can! Today, it’s no longer news that there are quite a number of foods that work wonders on your body.
Yes, they can do everything from keeping you super healthy to helping you stay in shape to increasing your chances of getting super smooth skin!

Of course, some of these amazing foods can also make you look younger or even live longer than expected.

And oh, when I say younger, chances are with the right diet, you can actually look 10 to 20 years younger than you really are!
Still in doubt? If yes, you’ll certainly want to keep up with I’m about to explore.

Yes, I actually decided to indulge in some of the best anti-aging foods for 4 weeks and of course, the results never failed to speak for themselves.

In this video, I’m going to let you in on a number of age-defying foods that worked great for me.
And yes, I would bet that they’ll be super perfect for you!
Let’s get started!

1. Tomatoes
Topping my list are tomatoes — they’re basically one of the best veggies that never failed to work wonders on my skin.
First off, tomatoes contain lycopene; yes, the pigment that gives these veggies their rich red color.
Well, what you should know is that lycopene boasts the ability to boost collagen levels significantly.
It’s also good to point out that the tomato’s lycopene content can help protect your skin from UV-induced damage including wrinkles and the likes.
For what it’s worth, I actually noticed a significant reduction in the appearance of my facial wrinkles following my regular intake of cooked tomatoes.

2. Strawberries
Let’s face it; being young goes beyond having a smooth, clear, fresh and smooth skin.
Yes, it also has a lot to do with the inner workings of the body.
Of course, at this point, I’m talking about keeping your heart in tip-top shape and nothing works better than flavonoid-rich foods like the tasty red gems, strawberries.
Now, you might not know this but strawberries boast incredible antioxidant powers that could keep your heart young and healthy.
In fact, eating these red gems and other flavonoid-rich foods (apples and pears) can cut down your risk of heart disease!

3. Eggs
Trying to figure out how to protect your eyes the all-natural way?
Well, just join me on my healthy “egg yolk” diet! Yes, the simple act of eating the yolk can work amazing wonders on your eyesight.
Speaking of which, it can reduce your risk of cataracts as well as other age-related eye problems.

4. Milk
Worried about having weak bones and muscles?
If yes, you’re so not alone. Of course, it’s only normal to lose bone and muscle as you age, but the good thing is, you can counteract the process by drinking milk.

Yes, for those who might not be aware, milk contains two incredible anti-aging ingredients including protein and calcium.
With this in mind, you can tell that downing a glass of milk every now and then can do a lot of good in this regard. So drink up!

5. Almonds
Last but certainly not the least are almonds — they’re sure to be your best if you’re looking to get a clearer complexion and healthier hair.

Almonds, for the most part, are loaded with Omega-6 fatty acids which nourish the skin and smooth out fine lines.

You’ll also be glad to know that these nuts are high in Vitamin E — a fat-soluble nutrient that helps soften and hydrate the skin, and at the same time, protect it from harmful UV rays.
Don’t know about you but I’m sure going snack on these nuts forever!

Here’s to hoping that my list of anti-aging foods motivates you to start eating your way to younger looking skin and body.
And oh, with consistency, you can look forward to staying ageless regardless of your age. Good luck!
