Is spotting normal after first time contact in girls? – Dr. Teena S Thomas

Basically it is not necessary for every girl to bleed during first intercourse, the thing is why a girl bleeds at the mouth of the vagina there is a flimsy membrane like tissue which is called hymen, when does hymen breaks during the intercourse that is when there is bleeding, this hymen is such a flimsy membrane that any time in life during heavy exercise, in atheletes, swimming, cycling who do lot of cycling all such girls may have or tampon use to any of these conditions in the life of a girl the hymen could be broken at any point of time, very rarely the hymen may be already broken at the time of birth or it may not be there though it may be separated awhile. So and hence search reason the hymen may not break at the time of intercourse, also if the intercourse is not a penetrative one at the first place there is no need for the hymen to break and recurrent penetration which is not successful happened the hymen just separates and it doesn’t break at all. So for all reasons in there is no necessity for a hymen to break it first intercourse, but when does a hymen is intact or it is in place or no other previous factors have been there such like that, then hymen would break and give a small amount of bleed. Some patience with me bleed a little heavy some may be very minimal not enough to notice even.
