The person who is cleaning the dog bite, thaw person should have proper disinfection and gloves. Even if they have scratches in their hands, it will not be exposed to the wound when you are having this type of protection. So ideally the caretaker does not need to have this type of vaccination if this much of barriers or protection are used, we don’t need to vaccinate the caretaker.
