Rectal bleeding or bleeding while passing stools should not be known for three reasons, one is the commonest cause is piles there may be some other reasons like cancer, tumors, ulcers which can also cause bleeding and if you miss them there more dangerous. Second is even it it is from piles or fishes which are be-nine diseases still we can classify them into different stages so treatment differs which we could have treated very early with minimal procedures or even simple medications, it is better to examine and take the medications. Some other causes it may be bleeding from person who takes aspirin or taking some other medications and you have to treat them accordingly. So it is always better to diagnose first and then treat them so that is the reason why it should not be ignored.
