To practice this exercise alone is not enough. You need to make a habit of taking breaks when you work at the desk. Being fixed in one position is causing the issue.

When we stay in front of our computers and even our mobile we tend to hunch over our computers and mobiles. Even when we are cooking and washing we also develop the habit of leaning our head forward.

The posture will cause the muscles to our neck muscles to become weak and in time we develop nerd neck.
The exercise in the video will help you to correct your nerd neck and improve your posture at the same time.
