Delayed periods with sex causing pain and mild bleeding, first thing is to rule out pregnancy. If the pregnancy test is positive, missed miscarriage or threatened miscarriage or pregnancy bleeds that has happened post intercourse or dryness of pregnancy causing bleeds, ectopic pregnancies, all this has to be checked. If pregnancy test is positive, do a scan and follow it up. If pregnancy test is negative, her is pain post intercourse, then it can be the first intercourse, dryness, infection, violent sex, see the cause, it can be a polyp which can bleed. Treatment is based on the cause with antibiotics, pain killers.
