Any pelvic infection or bacterial infection in the lower abdomen or the vaginal region needs treatment. So antibiotic coverage is what is required. So you need to show to the gynecologist to see if it is bacterial infection and nothing else. probably a small tear or bleed inside can be a cause of the sharp pain or a vaginal candidiasis or it can be a hormonal thing or pre period the can be a lot of flushing of the vagina, the sexual activity can cause a sharp pain with soreness of nipple.
