Usually left side of the stomach, if there is a pain, usually the first problem is a stomach problem what we call as an ulcerative disease. Second problem can be problem in the pancreas. That may be acute pancreatitis or a chronic pancreatitis. Other organs what we see on the left side are spleen as well as colon. So if you have a left sided stomach pain, then we should think of any stomach problem, is there any problem in the pancreas, is there any problem in the colon, as well as there are some issues in the left kidney.
