Dental implant is a titanium screw where we are going to replace the missing tooth by giving an implant to such kind of patients. In the initial days when the titanium screw was evolved by Branemark who is the inventor of the implant. Depending upon the patient condition of the bone the selection of the implant is very important. Either we have to select a single implant or multiple implant depending on the age, sex and bone condition of the patient. If the bone trabaculae is very thick we can give an implant to the patient in order to replace the missing teeth. If there is loss of bone we can replace with artificial bone grafts. After that we have to wait till the osseointegration is proper along with the implant. So in case of direct implant the cost will be economical for the patients or we need any bone or collagen fibre input into the patient it will be more expensive for the patient. Nobel Biocare is the one which is more commonly used in dental implant cases. So many other implants are also available in the market like MIS 7, Dentium etc. Depending up on their cost we can advice the patients by giving along with zirconium crown. It varies from person to person depending up on the condition of the bone. If the condition of the bone is good it will be almost economical to the patients.
