If the ejaculatory fluid goes into the female’s mouth, it’s like any other eatable fluid or any other liquid. The moment it gets into the gastrointestinal tract, it undergoes the same process of the food breakdown. So the moment it enters the GI tract, the sperms will die and it will give excreted through the waste. So it will not lead to any sort of pregnancies or abnormal pregnancies in future.
