Dry fruits are very very healthy. Earlier they used to be considered as luxury foods, but now they are becoming essential foods. Just because all the oil and fats from the regular sources, or having too many chemicals or chemical processes in them, but the dry fruits oils and fats do not have any chemical processes. The oils and fats from dry fruits are available in the virgin form, in their most natural form to the body that the body needs. So they are an essential part of the diet nowadays. It is said that every day you should eat a handful of dry fruits. you have to take the mixed dry fruits, maybe two or three seeds of each to get all the essential amino acids, all the essential fatty acids and to get all whole lot of vitamins and minerals. So for example walnuts and pecan nuts have the highest source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids in vegetarian source. Almonds are rich in Vitamin E. Dry berries are rich in antioxidants. Figs are rich in fibres. Figs and brazil nuts and coconuts etc are rich in fibers and all the other Dry fruits are rich in healthy fats and healthy proteins. So dry fruits, are superfoods for pregnant ladies and what stage they have to start eating. Well, I should say from the beginning only they should start eating dry fruits, so that the baby gets all the nutrients for the development. So stay healthy.
